As an owner and operator of hotels for 22 years, GF implicitly understands  the objectives of   the  owner  or lender   regarding the management of  hospitality assets. GF’s Asset Management division was  developed  to assist owners and financial institutions in achieving those goals,  and ensuring that the  hotel asset’s maximum value and potential is reached.

Currently, GF is engaged in long-term asset management agreements to oversee  more than 20 hotels in  15 states.  The full-service portfolio of assets ranges from mid-scale to upper-upscale hotels, and in size from 187 rooms to 405 rooms, encompassing both primary and tertiary markets,  and including many of the Top-25 cities throughout the United States. Additionally, GF is also engaged in a variety of consulting and advisory assignments, providing the hospitality expertise necessary in assisting owners and lenders in making critical decisions regarding their assets.
